DMX in "trigger"

Is it possible, or avilable any solution for triggering the "Easy Stand Alone" interface with DMX in, instead of the 8 port function ? The reason I would like to do this is for saving DMX channel when controlling large quantum of led strips. I would like to have the main desk to trigger stored scenes/seqences from the "Easy Stand Alone" either via DMX or for example ARTnet protocol. The control system I´m planning to put togheter is Touch Screen based for controlling a night club. This system most be easy to operate by any DJ.

That is a very good idea, so we can use a cheap dmx switchpanel (like this: http://www.beglec.com/products.php?product=4608&lang=NL) to control the slesa interface.
