Strange ESA problem !!

When I make a small scene with only few DMX channels in use , ESA works fine, but when uploading a bigger file (6502 bytes) using 165 dmx channels in 1 scene, the interface does not output anything.
I am using the SL2048EC interface, with ESA 2006 latest version.

In ESA , when testing the settings in these 165 channels, when going to stand alone mode, the interface does not output anything either.

I've tried using USB powersupply as well as external power supply.

Again, a 10 step scene uploading and executing works brilliant, also the bigger file uploads fine and can be read perfectly, but does not output anything in stand alone mode.

Please advise.
