Hello,
I have a SIUDI 6C on Windows 8 64bits with sunlite suite 2. The driver is installed but Sunlite don't detect the interface. So i launch Hardware Manager and it said update the firmware (I'm in 1.14 actually). But it don't update, it said to use tools.exe in the Sunlite Folder. But i don't have tools.exe in sunlite suite 2 folder. I Download Sunlite 1 and launch tools.exe and id said "my interface is incompatible".
Have you and idea for help me please ?
Best regards
Franck

Re: SIUDI 6C Don't want to update
Hi Franck,
Thank you for your message. The 6C is not officially supported in any operating system after Windows 7. However,I have tried a 6C e with Windows 10 64bit and it's detected and seems to work well, using fm 1.15, with Sunlite Suite 1 Beta. It also output DMX. It may be you have a hardware failure.
You can arrange to return your old device in return for a discount on a new device.
You can do this at the following link:
https://store.nicolaudie.com/upgrade
If you don't have an account, you will need to create one or, if you can't remember your details, use the forgotten password link.
You will need the serial number for your old Nicolaudie dmx controller.
You can find this by:
1) Using HardwareManager and looking on the Information screen with your controller connected.
PC: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.exe
Mac: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.dmg
2) The serial number can also be found on a sticker, on the controller's circuit board. You may need to open your controller or remove a back plate in order to see this.
Kind Regards,
Nick.
