I was wondering what midi time code is exactly. It sounds like something used to sync lighting to audio. I ask because I am trying to sync a live band up to a light show using a SL1024FC... not a huge issue, but i'm tired of my lights looking dull.

It is a time code ususally sent by a video or music player. The MTC is the MIDI version of the SMPTE time code.

Sunlite also receives Midi Notes. so if the band can send Midi Notes to the Sunlite PC, you can trigger your Sunlite scenes.
