Siudi FC no work - the interface does not respond, the 7-segment displays do not light

After updating the firmware the interface to the latest version, it does not respond, the 7 segment displays do not turn on, the power LEDs, LED dmx 1, Led dmx 2 and Led dmx 3 emit light but do not flash. I need to know if I can put the interface in boot loader to see if I can reinstall the firmware. I can't even see the serial number. USB does not detect anything.
