Change DMX output

I have a show coming up at a club where I'm using my computer to run the clubs lights. They are OK with it as long as I don't change anything on thier equipment. I know what fixtures they have but they don't know what the DMX address is of any of thier lights.
Is it possible to program the show ahead of time and then change the DMX address of all the fixtures when I get to the club? I found the Patch Manager in the 3D Visualizer and can move the addresses around there which would work great, but it doesn't effect the DMX output in Sunlite Suite. How can I change the DMX output in Sunlite?
