sunlite tools

Hello my friends, I've got a issue with the sunlite tools on my system: I can not use it!!!!! 
The system (windows 98) says that the program has an error and must be shut down. 
With the first package of sunlite (2000) everything worked oke but when we started with the updates it began to show the error message...
Is there a way we can fix this problem? Everytime a update was released i hoped that that was the solution.
I hope that you can help me fixing this problem
