Switches not working

I have made 4 switches with faders set to always on to control some PAR cans on a way way dimmer pack.
I have set them up to respond to a behringer controller
They work ok for a while and then cease to function. DMX output stops on the switches. scenes carry on working. Cant see the dmx on the output window.
