I have dongle FC2 - upgraded firmware to version 1.5.
I have installed new software Suiet2. When the software is started up - I can not see my dongle is present - only demo mode ... :-).
But - can look at the LED on the dongle that works ...
I've tried to check settings on Suiet2, but also can IKK here see the dongle is present.
Where is the error ..?
Would say that there may be errors in the dongle. Has been in contact with you (Bruno in October 2009). Back then I was told to wait for the new software.

try with the latest version, it include the tools.exe software that update the firmware of your donggle if necessary!

I've done as you suggested - but the same problem .....!
In collaboration with you (Bruno Falip) has been tried many things. Do you think there is a hardware failure in the dongle ..? Can I send it back to you in France for exchange or testing.
Year 2009 I borrow a dongle with Sunlite until the new Sunlite FC2 would be okay - it's green version dongle FC - works perfect with 2006 software.

you say that you update the firmware to 1.5, but me my last firmware is 1.15 !!!!!
