Problem after editing init-scene

Hello to the forum,
i want my moving fixtures to stay at their zero-position (pan at 50% / tilt at 50%) when they are not in use. So i had the idea to modify the init-scene to this values.
This works fine as long as i'm creating scenes in the fixtures page.
And heres the problem: When i create a scene on the master-page, the pan/tilt values can just be altered from 51 to 100%. The range from 0 to 50% is locked.
Even if i copy a working scene from the fixtures page to the master page i have the same problem.
Anyone an idea?
