SUIDI 6C crashes on firmwareupdate with tools.exe

Hello,
i had try to use the SUIDI 6C with SunliteSuite together with my Showtec Phantom 250 Spot moving heads. But it didn't work in the right way.
Sunlite had detect the SUIDI 6C, I could add the moving heads (from the library and I had also writen a own library for them) and the moving heads are doing "something" (but not the "right" action I want to) when I set the DMX output level manually. I have checked the hard- and software installations and all cabels. Also I have tested it with an other dmx device and software, everything was fine then.
After reading some topics here in the forum and in the manuals I decided to do a firmware update (from 1.13 to 1.15, like the tools.exe propose). Towards pressing the button to start the firmware update the tools.exe shows "upload firmware in progress ..." and breaks with an "unknow error". Then it says Firmware: 0.00, Serial Number: 0, Product Code: 0. Now Sunlite doesn't detect the SUIDI 6C no more and starts only in demo mode. Seems that the device is broken. Too bad. The tools.exe still detects the SUIDI 6C but only with Firmware: 0, Serial Number: 0 and Product Code:0. Further attempts to update the firmware crashes too.
So what can I do know? Does anybody have the same problems regarding the firmware update?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards
Markus
