Hi all. we are having a problem with a new SLESA-U8.
we have the latest firmware and the unit runs perfectly via the laptop in live mode.
But when i try and upload the show we get total steps = 0/-2
i dont understand how i can get -2 steps.
i have two of these units, brand new and they both do the same
Please help
