Bad service

I purchased a SLESA-U6 two months ago from America. The unit had some problems which Bruno recommended returning the device to Nicolaudie America. The unit was supposed to be returned over three weeks ago but I still has not arrived. I have sent emails and phoned Adam Booth numerous times to sort this issue with no success. He now does not reply and does not answer the phone, the tracking number he initially supplied does not work - he obviously is not interested in locating the device. I am constructing a museum display which is now due to be installed, I have had to completely redesign and build a new controller (with no dimming) to get the job done. I was hoping the Sunlite products would be a great solution for future exhibition projects, but so far has just caused frustration and wasted money.

It took forever to receive your interface in Florida and we have returned it the same day. I guess the interface has been delivered now, sorry if it took so long.
