Sunlite or ScanLibrary? In what an error?

Good afternoon!
Question to experts. Has created library of devices. On one of channels it is a lot of presets. The library is save successfully. I create device page, and I see that Sunlite from all presets has created only 12 buttons. What occurs? (Screen 1 and 2)
I create page with other devices, Sunlite successfully creates all buttons. In what a difference? In what an error?
