Hello everybody,

i hope that everybody will understand question because of my very bad english and that this post is at the right place in this forum.
my problem is the following:

I started the scan library and searched my moving heads (showtec phanton 50). everything worked like explained. Pan/tilt position, shutter open... everything ok.
When the "installation" was finished I clicked an scene to start it. Everything works good but the shutter do not open! when I click on the reset buttons it opens. But when I change the scene it's dark again and I have to click the reset button again. Other moving heads work without any problem.

Can somebody help me???

This will probably be one of 3 things:
-The default preset option is not assigned to the shutter open preset
-The shutter open preset is in the '?' category instead of the 'Shutter' category
-The shutter open preset is in the wrong DMX address range

If you're still having trouble with it, e-mail me a copy of the DMX chart for your lighting fixture and I'll check it against the profile.
