Suite2 does not see interface

Just installed the latest version off Sunlite Suite 2. We have Suite2-FC with controller siudi6c
The hardware tools program detects the dongle perfectly, but the suite does not under software preferences

What am I missing?

The Suite2-FC product does not use the SIUDI6C board, it is a SIUDI7A (it has a mini USB socket and a midiSD card socket).
