Just installed the latest version off Sunlite Suite 2. We have Suite2-BC with 1.07 firmware.
When i run suite2, the software asks to update the firmware in the hardware tools or will run in demo mode
The hardware tools program detects the dongle perfectly (interface tab),but does not allow update (in firmware tab).
He writes: There is no compatible hardware interface. etc.
I tried multiple computers and multiple operating systems...same thing happened.
What should I do?

Hello Balázs,

please let us know which version of Suite 2 software you use.
You can find out on the splash screen when the software starts, something like "Mar 22 2012".
