'Cannot remove the tab synchronization' message was unclear and sometimes appeared at the wrong time

Once scenes have been assigned to a DE3 in a multizone show, it is not possible to assign new scenes. You must remove all scenes from the page first

If a single scene is added and then removed from the STICK-DE3, the software crashes
