Je suis nouveau et viens d'installet suite 2, j'ai configurer un minikolor Starway, mais je ne parviens pas à l'allumer.

It could be a problem with the fixture profile.

And I asked to the french support to send me back the good fixture profil 1 week ago.
I think it's just a little long

Hi, we have a lot of profiles to check so it normally takes 1-5 weeks. Soon we will be offering an express service which we will charge for, but will give an option to have a profile back very quickly.
