This problem only happens when you shut down the program?

It's better not to downgrade to avoid this bug. Everything will have been saved fine. The issue is that Sunlite Suite is unable to release the interface or another device driver installed on your computer. We need to try and reproduce it on one of our machines so we can fix it.
