Copy switch/Scene Questoin

Can you copy a scene or switch from one computer to another computer that has a different show on it? I have one laptop with some fixture switches and scenes from an old show and another laptop with the current show I'm working on for the upcoming DJ Expo in Atlantic City, NJ next week. Problem is the new show has the fixture starting on a different universe and different DMX starting address. I think you can only copy scenes and switches or the whole page if the other computer has the fixture on the same channel and universe, but if I'm wrong, please let me know how to go about transferring the scenes and switches to another page if it's possible.
