Hi,
I created an Easy Remote touch interface file using the iPad Easy Remote app and it works great.
Is it possible to copy this file to another iPad or iPhone so I don't have to re-create from scratch the same touch interface file?
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
Unfortunately at this time it's not possible but we understand the importance of being able to copy the file to another device. We are working on this and will have the feature in future releases.
Cheers

Same topic - is there a solution after this long time?
It is very uncomfortable to create same things on every device again and again and again....
Thank you
Gerhard

Re: Copy Easy Remote interface file to another iPad or iPhone
Hi Gerhard,
Unfortunately there is no way to synchronise interfaces between iOS and Android devices. We do have plans to replace Easy Remote with newer software but this is just in the planning stages at the moment.
If you wanted to clone the Easy Remote interface, from one Android device to another, there is a work-around. But not with iOS to Android. You can copy the interface .xml file between devices using a FileManager to find and share the xml file with another device, by email for example. Or you could plug your Android device into a PC and copy the file this way.
Kind Regards,
Nick.
