Change Moving Head Colours in a Controlled way

I can set up a Scene which circles my Heads OK.
But I want to have 3 different coulours ( which I select eg Red,Blue,Green) in each circle.
How do I do this.
Is it with "Easy Step" or "Easy Time" on a Circle Scene and If so how do you Programme "Easy Step" or "Easy time" as it is the Hardest piece of the software to use.
