Selection and activation compression with midi console

Hello, I'd like use the midi console for select and activate buttons of compression, is it possible? For example I want to activate the moving pan-tilt buttons with the whell of midi console, if I turn the whell the movements that called "@" are changing. Thanks!!!

Please can you detail more?
You want to select, and then, activate a button. The both action shall be limited to one specific compression.
Or, do you want to activate on the fly when selected button from a dedicated compression ?
Both are possible.
