BCF2000 - additional pages?

Hi,
I'm using the BCF2000 controller and the default preset in SL2 only shows one page/preset of the controller.
I need to add another page on the controller, but can not find any reference in the console editor (in SL2)
If anyone can point me in the right direction how to go about it I would be grateful.
