Newcomer Dimmer Question

Hi to all!
I use 4 Eurolite LedPar 64 White/Amber Fixtures in a SITE and want to dimm each one seperatly. Midi Controller is Akai MidiMix.
I am able to use the Site Dimmer Function, but this is not exactly what i want.
When I use the switch or scene dimmer for a single fixture, i see that the dimmer wheel turns, but nothing happens - the lamp stays on.
How is the relationship between Site Dimmer and the Dimmer of each single headlight?
