Sunlite 2 surface or font color change?

Hello,
I am annoying with the Sunlite 2 the surface ... X (
Are there other skins or .. can one change the surface color? Or only change the font bigger or color?
Since you can not always recognize or read anything in the scenes or shows! :(
I am grateful for every tip !!!
