Dear Nicolaudie-Team,
if I create movements with EasyTime and slow down the speed, the movement is not smooth due to not calculated intermediate values.
For example: A TILT-Movement with 16-bit fixtures with very slow speed:
1st value:
Channel 1 (Y) : 193
Channel 2 (mY): 249
next value:
Channel 1 (Y) : 195
Channel 2 (mY): 131
This results in a stepwise movement of the heads.
If the movement should be smooth, you have to increase the mY Value from 0 to 255, then Y can be increased by 1 (at the same time, mY has to be set from 255 to 0).
This has always been a problem in Suite2, but not in Suite1.
Would be very nice, if you fix this with the release of Suite3.
Best regards
Alex

Re: Wrong Calculation of DMX Values in EasyTime
Hi Alex,
I have just received an update that the 'Problem with micro pan/tilt when limiting the area' causing jerky movement has been fixed in Sunlite 2 and 3.

It could be this is the same problem you experienced here. Once I have a new build to test I will see if this is the case.
Kind Regards,
Nick.
