Hi there,
is it possible to log in remotely to a system with the easy remote app?
I need to give my client live control of preset scenes.
I assume I would need to have a computer onsite with a permanent connection to the internet.
The client would be to far away from the lighting system to utilise a wifi connection.
Any feedback you could give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mick,

I am sorry Easy Remote is not designed to connect to Sunlite Suite 2/3 over the internet. It is only designed to connect over a local area network. This is because it uses broadcast messages for discovery and these messages do not travel through a router or VPN.
