SLESA-UE7 Transistor Port triggering

Hello,
I'm going to activate escenes thru the external HE10 port using transistors instead of mechanical relays.

The logic states will be:
Port Off = 5 Volts
Port On = 0.6 Volts

I wonder if that will work fine with the UE7
