Random Dimming of 313 lamps

Dear support, dear users,
for a project we have to randomly and independently dim 313 lamps slowly from 0% to 100% and back in a loop.
The lamps are all aligned into one direction, "like a matrix".
The lamps will be positioned / mounted randomly.
--> Maybe a simple slow matrix effect will work?
Example 1: The period of time in which every lamp dimms is random.
Example 2: The dimming phase of every lamp is (4) minutes, but each lamp is activated randomly.
