Ethernet IP addressing issues.

Hello,
I´m trying to use the SIUDI7B interface on a sub branch of local network, using fixed IP and correct submask, but I can´t reach the interface from the main branch of the network. I suspect the ethernet interface on this device is not fully implemented.
Has anyone had similar problems? Any way to solve it?
