Morpheus M-Fader and C-Fader SSL Color Scrollers

Anyone know of an SSL for this Color Fader. It is a three scroller CYM roller adddition to a par can, + fan control in channel 11 and a Macro channel in 12.
I have tried to bulid one from scratch and ah having very little luck.
Even if there is one (already designed) I can start from - that would be nice.
