Patch settings only take affect after restart

When I change something in the Page-setting -> Fixture Patch, it will only take affect after I restart Suite 2.
Do I miss something here ? I think the changes should take affect after I hit the OK button in the Fixture-Patch window.

This didn't used to happen. I think it is a new bug
