Hi karimido,
welcome to the forum.
To help you with your decision, it would be good if you would tell us that you want to do with the controller and Sunlite Suite 2.
I don´t own both controllers but I know the APC 40 from AKAI, it´s a great controller for Ableton LIVE. I didn´t try it with Suite 2.
You should read this topic about APC 40 LED feedback, it´s a bit tricky to get the APC in the correct mode.

Get a Behringer BCF2000
-The dials light up to show you the value
-You can push and turn the dials great to push to activate a button then turn to change the speed dimmer or size of a scene/switch
-The faders are motorised so they can be used for multiple different functions
-The buttons light up, (midi con only has them on the 10 buttons in the bottom right, on the APC40 it seems like you need to have other software running to have them behave correctly, maybe I'm wrong here)
-It's half the price, so you could get 2 which would give you 16 motorised faders, 16 endless rotary knobs and 40 buttons
If you'd rather have more dials than have faders get the BCR

I use both the Midicon and the APC 40 simultaneously. I would definitely recommend the Midicon. The APC is kind of difficult to get mapped/set up. hope this helps!
