help needed asap

hey all,

I am new to all of this, yet i have gone through the manual and everything is fine. i am having issues with the library editor.

I have had to create a new profile for a lighting fixture from Rige. The id number for this like is RG-M04. There is a profile for it in the library but this is no where near what the ch list states it has.

i have added everything into it and havent had issues till i came to using the shutter and strobe functions. in the visuialiser it doesnt show the fixture strobing or the beam to be shut off when either stobe or closed shutter is activated.

If someone could give me a hand on this, that would be amazing coz i have just spent something like 8 hrs trying ti figure out this issue and it is needed for a system upgrade for a nightclub.
